Question New Logitech Wave wireless keyboard/mouse

I bought this today at our local Best Buy (couldn't find a keyboard in my house that would work anymore), but I'll just be damned. Making the things work together/detect each other is beyond my understanding. I tried to cal Logitech tonight, but gee golly, they're off until tomorrow. Meanwhile, my computer is disabled. Can't write with the keyboard yet, which is important to my life (I'm sending this on my son's computer).

Help! I don't know how to work this. Maybe I should just take it back tomorrow and go somewhere that has a less mystifying keyboard.

    Cheers

Are the keyboards in question USB or PS/2 units (round or rectangular connectors)?
Post the make and model of computer you are using also.

Usually with wireless mice and keyboards, you need to press the pairing button on the receiver/dongle, whereupon an LED will usually flash. Then press the button on the underside of the mouse and keyboard. The LED will usually remain on all the time when they are paired. I've yet to find any make where the procedure was different to that, and should be all you need to do to get them to work.
    Nick.
