    Need to re-install network adaptor each boot

    I'm working on a notebook for a friend that is having trouble with the wireless network adapter. After each boot the network adapter needs to be un-installed before it will work, Vista immediately re-installs the adapter and I can find the wireless network and connect.

    Intel PRO Wireless 3945ABG Adapter

    Did you update the drivers? Did you try reseating the wifi mini-pci card?
