You didn't tell us what OS you are running, but I'm guessing Win7.
Go to Control Panel - Computer Management - Device Manager and look at the Display Adapter properties. It should have a driver number in there.
If you can't figure that out, you might be able to run dxdiag from the Start button search box. I haven't tried it on a Win7 box but that should work too.
