I do not have SP3 just the sp2. So maybe I never had the HD, which I had thought, but sounded pretty good without it. When I upgrade to Windows7, I'll get the HD then, but seriously for now, I just have the two channels. Maybe my problem is I downloaded something I never could use and that is creating a conflict, which was the Realtek High Definition audio.
Thanks! btw...excuse me what is slipstreamed? is is SP3?
So all I need is the chipset drivers off the CD and AC 97' audio codecs from the MSI site to get this to work again?
