    Question window 7 install

    hi.am running vista so what do i need to upgrade to window 7 .
    do i have to buy it or just download it from a free download on the internet .
    i don't have any problem with vista .
    so do you thing i should upgrade or stay with vista .
    i am not to good at doing that kind of stuff [installing]
    vista 32 bits.
    2007 nzxt guardian.
    asus m4a88t-m le.
    amd ahtlon11x2 270 3.4 ghz.
    g.skill ripjaws 4 gb oc at 6-6-6-15.
    hd wd blue 320 aakx 6.0 gb.
    apevia atx 500 watts .
    22 acer monitor .

    Have a look at this and make sure you really wan to upgrade first, as Steve says. Then we can look at the various options as to how to go about it.
