mp3-flutter,stutter theory
is a program available that will temporarily disable all of my background processes while i play my mp3's? winpatrol works if i want to disable them 1 by 1. i think all of these background processes may be causing a flutter or a stutter in my music. any other ideas?

This is a OS problem not entertainment problem. Which OS are you using? And most programs that run at start, like messengers can be disabled through the programs options.
Also, if you're having problems playing music, you might want to take a look at how much memory your computer has.
