I can see several issues, and possible internet problem fix, but first, we have to clean up your security programs situation.
I see:
- AVG 8.0
- Symantec Corporate Edition
- ZA firewall
One antivirus has to go, preferably Norton.
If you decide to get rid of Norton, use this to get rid of it: http://service1.symantec.com/Support...05033108162039
Does your Norton version include firewall? You can run only ONE firewall.
When done, post fresh HJT log.
