I don't have this file on my hard drive, so it probably isn't a file that comes with Windows. Have you added and then removed any programs recently?
If you search your registry for this filename, you may be able to find out what it is associated with (what program needs it)
Start -> Run -> type "regedit" -> Edit Menu -> Find -> type "msinet.ocx" -> click "Find Next"
Good luck!

The quickest way to get the much-needed file is to type this address into your browser:
http://home.inreach.com/dcscap/msinet.ocx
You will be given the opportunity to download the file to your computer and place it in the following location on your computer. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM Then reinstall any program that needs that file and it should work properly.
