Lost Windows Explorer
I have totaly lost windows explorer.
Nothing appears on screen, no icons,and no start bar.The only way that I can access files, is through the windows task bar manager.How do I get back windows explorer?

as a workaround, have you tried running explorer.exe from the task manager?

basesax, Go to the link below and scroll down to Line 195 (right column) and click on "Restore Desktop Icons and Taskbar" to download a vbs file fix. Save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs file. You will be prompted when the script is done.

It may correct your problem which is usually caused by a virus/malware.
