Hai friends,
i am getting this error message regularily in windows 2000. i dont know whether its a fault in windows 2000 operating system or internet. the error is

error in winsock module
connection structure is unknown

possible reason:
your firewall and / or antivirus application block the system-file: service.exe

make sure that "service.exe" can connect to the internet


Can any one sort out this issue.
