Hi im new to this site, but ive been told excellent things about u guys and your ability to fix, well, almost anything to do with computors!

ive been having trouble recently finding my friends wireless network, but for the last 2 years ive been able to find his network with no trouble whatsoever, just the last few days my laptop refuses to find it.

i can connect to all other networks, such as at home, neighbours etc..

im running on windows 7, on a lenovo ideapad U450. His network is virgin media.

ive tried all the normal steps of restarting everything, laptop, router. ive also removed the network off my laptop and tried to manualy connect, but that didnt work either.

Any idea's on how to fix my problem would be greatly appreciated!
