Ipod Itunes Library Download Question
My kids each have their own Apple Ipod. They also both have their own computer with Itunes loaded on each one. Is there someway for them to download songs from each other's Itunes library? It looks like you can only download songs from one library and not both. It's as if the Ipod is machine specific to only 1 Itunes library at a time. Has anybody run across this? If I download from Itunes Library on the A computer but then try to download songs from the B computer it wants to erase everything that was downloaded from the A computer first before it will let you add songs from the B computer.

Welcome to the world of DRM, where 'artists' protect their content from fair use every day.
The classic, and legal, workaround for this is to have them burn a CD of the songs they would like to share and feed it to the other iTunes computer. Or, have them buy songs the old-fashioned way, and then share the CDs.

so many different kinds of music file
Just discovering the joys of downloading free music, with a programme called Soulseek, which I reckon is pretty nifty. Are there others I should check out?
Now, i got windows media, I got realplayer, I got itunes, I got winamp, So I'm surprised when I download a tune and then get told that I can't play it cos we don't know which programme to run it with. How many different ones are there, for Stipey's sake? Got one, for example that's a .ape file. I downloaded winamp for that one, but it don't seem to want to play on that.
