    Setting up a wireless connection

    I setup a wireless connection on a new computer then using a wireless USB adaptor I set up my other computer.
    During this setup I received a message listing other connections in my area that could read my messages what can I do about this?
    It also stated the I had an unsecure network what does this mean?
