iTunes bootup...

Is there any way to stop itunes and applemobile from starting up or do I need them?

I do have an ipod so I imagine thats why they are there but in itunes I unchecked the part that says start with Windows, but still there are 3 processes that start up. they arent huge but they are like 9'ish Mb and the applemobile one is around 3Mb.

I am running winXP as well.

Dp they show up in msconfig / startup?
If yes, disable them.

oddly enough, I did this in the past but now there is a new ipodhelper duplicate that I just unchecked.

however, i still have the applemobile... one at startup.
