I had Nero Ulra 6 and while trying to make an MP3 of the sountrack from Once Upon a Time in America something went haywire. A new file with the name Once Upon a Time in America was created which is a mirror image of my hard drive. I now have Music Match Jukebox and each time I add songs to it the Once Upon a Time file adds the tracks to it. I found out my version of Nero was corrupt, but I cannot get rid of this pesty file...any suggestions? I have an 80 gig hard drive and suffiecent memory.

I am sorry that I did not stick with TDK as they do not charge for technical support as Nero does...I am very disappointed in that company.

Welcome to Virtualdr.
If your simply having trouble deleting that file try this program..
"moveonboot"
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/moveonboot.html
It will delete it when you reboot the computer. But I'm not sure what you mean exactly when you say..
"each time I add songs to it the Once Upon a Time file adds the tracks to it"
Could you explain that in more detail?
