What's the Best Format For HD's For Storage Only ?
Might be a dumb question but if one has a system (WinXP) and the primary HD is setup as NTFS and you have other (removable) drives that you are setting up (formatting), would it be best to have them formatted as NTFS also, or would it better to keep them as Fat32, being that you would be swapping them into different computers ? (all using XP for OS). These removable drives, would have MP3 files stored on them . Thanks for any input ...

As long as you don't need to access the drives from the DOS-based versions of Windows, then NTFS is a vastly better filesystem than FAT32, and you are less likely to lose your files by using it.
NTFS vs FAT, which is right for you?
Nick.

Since all you use is XP then NTFS by all means.
