    Cannot open web page

    My friend called me to help her to resolve a Mac problem - it's funny as I know nothing about Mac. Her problem is that she can't print the gmail by using FireFox and she even can't open that page by the Safari.

    Any suggestion? Thanks.

    I just got further info from my friend:

    System Spec: CPU 1.2GHz, 512 MB, 500 GB hard drive
    Op Sys: not yet known
    Printer: Canon Pixma IP2000

    She can access other web sites, read and send gmail. When she prints the gmail, the printer gives a blank page. She's using Firefox and Safari and both of them have the same problem.

    That seems strange mate has she tried forwarding the email to mac mail and print from there?
    Macbook pro 17" 2.8GHz C2D, ipod touch and a iphone4.
