Athlon 1.2G ATX vs uATX What is the difference

I am upgradeing my home system to the Athlon 1.2 G chip with a SAVUS A7V motherboard. I have 2 choices on the "Form Factor" for the processor ATX and uATX. what are the differences??

    Thanks

uATX is the "Micro-ATX" form factor, designed for lower-cost system solutions. a micro board will fit in a standard ATX 2.01 (or later) case; but a standard ATX mobo will not fit in a micro case.

Have you looked at the ABit KT7-RAID motherboard yet? You best look before you buy your Asus A7V... you might just change your mind.
