Well all that gobbly gook only tells you there was an error and where the error occurred, for the layman (i'm one of them), don't mean didly squat. So question. When does this happen? Browsing?, using back button? Starting Netscape?

1st thing to do is eliminate any possibility that there is a corrupt file in Netscape. To do this:

    1. Go to the Netscape Directory (they are called Folders in Win 95) and under Netscape you will see a directory with some part of your name in it under users. In this directory is a history file called Netscape.hst DELETE that sucker. Then go to the CACHE folder and DELETE everything in there (not the directory).

    2. Reboot her and see if the problem goers away, Netscape rebuilds these files so don't worry about deleting them.

Do you get this error in other programs, or just on-line?

What version of windows 95 do you have "A" or "B" or original (no letter after it)?

    Keep advised
