That is your Dial Up Networking application.
You should only see it if you are online.

Ok, I had Rnaapp, and Systray and Explorer and Remind32...
I ended task on Remind32 at startup and was just curious if the Rnaapp should stay or go?
When I'm online it's there and when I'm not it's there. Is that unusual? The Remind32 is a lotus or another register reminder and it was causing possible problems so I dumped it at start up.
Hopefully that will do the trick..

RNAAPP stands for Remote Network Access APPlication, and is a normal part of DUN.
On occasion it may remain after you close an internet connection and attempting a new connection will result in the error message;
"Dial-up Networking could not establish a compatible set of network protocols". To correct this use Ctrl+Alt+Del and close RNAAP and retry connecting.
RNAAP can also can stop responding and crash. If this happens, you may have to restart your system to get back on line.
