    Hi pchillman:
Are you sure you have the name of the program right? A search for one by that name turns up nothing at all?!

    Hi pchillman:
That's better. So? When you download the demo version....it doesn't give you the option to put your licence number in it then?

I ran across this while reading user reviews:
As a safety feature, the program is designed to be uninstalled only by the original installer. When you uninstall the Point Lock, you need to enter the username and password that you used the first time to install the software. Please check if you happen to change the user or P/W info In the course of using the program, if you are using a different user and p/w info., make sure you enter the original information. If this is not the case, then you should try the User Name that is registered in Windows (i.e. the name entered as the Registered owner of the computer) . You can get this information by 1. right clicking "My Computer" icon on the desktop, 2. select "Properties", you should be seeing the "System Properties" window, and 3. On the "General" tab., find the name in "Registered to:". Use the same Name, spelled exactly the same, and the password you entered during the initial installation. This should uninstall Point Lock. Please contact us, if the above procedure fails to uninstall. Thanks again fortrying out our software.
