I have to insert a signature whcich in effect will be a disclaimer for a small group of users.
I've done all except one, when I go into his outlook Tools>Options>Mail Format then go to click 'Signature Picker' it's greyed out???? this is the first time I have seen this.
How do I get this to work, is it an add-in, I tried loggi in as admin but it was still greyed out!!
