Was on a website and asked my printer to print the page, this came up on a gray screen: "DATA MISSING: This document resulted from a POST operation and has expired from the cache. If you wish you can repost the form data to recreate the document by pressing the RELOAD button." I hit RELOAD at top of my browser, but page still wouldn't print and got the same message. I did this several times, but never did print. This has happened a few times lately. Que passa?
Maybe the instructions meant to "press the reload button on the PRINTER". My BJC 2000 has a button on top called 'resume' and that resets the printer. Just a thought?

Poppy4, can you explain more fully what you mean by the reload button on your BJC2000? I take it you're referring to a button on the outside of your printer, am I right? The only "reload" I tried was on my browser page and that one reloads the "present page" from the server. I looked at the booklet which came from my HP Deskjet and it doesn't explain the buttons on the printer. (Isn't that nice. . .) I'm assuming that the reload you're referring to is one on the outside of the printer. I'll try using the buttons on my printer and see if that helps. Thanks Poppy4
You're right Summer, the button ON the printer. Mine is on top, in the middle, towards the rear. It's a reset button, I believe.
Sometimes when my printer stops abruptly and tells me it didn't get all the info, it directs me to push that button, and then it works!
