Yes. I've used some WIn2k drivers on XP without problems but 98 drivers are useless for Win2k and XP.

because of the kernal differences in real mode you should never use win9x drivers in XP win2000 ones can be stable as XP uses relatively the same kernal but never use 9x ones even if you get them to work, they will cause problems..
