I get this error message "Outlook express could not be started because msoe.dll could not be loaded". Mose.dll is in my system and in the same spot as my other computer and everything is fine on it. What is my problem here. I have upgraded Win2000 and I am still having the problem.
You'll have to re-install OE. Open Windows Explorer or My Computer and first unhide hidden folders under Tools/Folder Options/View click "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types". Then browse to your Windows folder and open the inf folder. Find the Msoe50.inf and right click and choose install. It'll then ask you to insert the Win2000 cd. Pop it in and away you go.
