    System time changing problem

I havent been able to figure out why my system time keeps getting changed to a couple of hours ahead on my Win2kPro box. I have narrowed it down to only happening when my Win2K server is running on the network. My server is dual boot Linux/Win2k Server. If I set my time correctly on Win2K Pro and have my Linux Server running on the network I have no problems. It seems that when I boot Win2K Server my time is changed within an hour or 2. Any Ideas?

I suspect that the default time zone is not set correctly on the Win2000 Server. Try stopping the W32Time service on the Win2000 Pro client to test if the problem still occurs.

Could be your network is running a time server and either you or it is setting the wrong Time Zone. What TZ are you in and do you know if you are getting time thru a Network Time Service.
