    Can't install games in Win2000

Windows Millennium version 2.90.2447 when I install some games like Need for Speed III I get I believe:

Error 12 or 13:unable to decompress file

I assume this is cause of the fact it is a beta I hope? Will Windows 2000 mbe able to play games?

Some games like 7 guest worked but in this game I have no background music only when they talk.

I have installed a few games in windows 2000 and had sucess with them, but I believe the reason for your problem with the 7th Guest is that your sound cards drivers were loaded from the autoexec.bat in DOS before windows started and so the sound was actually DOS sound drivers. Win2k does not have DOS so the sound drivers are not loaded and hence, no sound. I have experimented with some other DOS apps with the same problem on every one
ATI is the best company...... crappy video cards, high prices, what more could you ask for?
