usb support in Devise Manager

I have installed all files for usb support from Win95 usb file.

I confirm that they are present in Add/Remove Directory but my usb doesn't showup in the Devise Manager. I have checked and enabled my keyboard usb support function so all seems well but I can't get my Logitech camera to see it.

Did you run "add new hardware" found in control panel?
