Hidden File/Browser?
HELP.
my teenage son downloaded a shareware file and ive found a browser came with it since then there seems to be a program/file called lexplore which open with my start-up and seems to be causing problems with exsisting browser dispite me deleting some of that downloaded its also making my surfing lock up at times How can i un-install lexplore and the 2 temp files with it

Hi Don,
I assume the program wasn't kind enough to include an uninstaller?
You've looked in Control Panel/Software Add-remove, and there's nothing there?
We need to see what's running on your system.
Please do this:
Download Startup.log from this site: http://home.earthlink.net/~rmbox/Reticulated/Toys.html
It generates a text file on your desktop that will list all the applications that start in the many places when you start Windows.
We don't need to see StubPath.txt, just StartupLog.txt
This will help us further.

You should doubleclick it.
You end up with two textfiles on your desktop.
Open Startup.log.
On the menu, click Edit/Select all, and then copy.
Paste the contents in your answer.
