What Does This Mean?
What does it mean when a site comes up with the words "Connection Timed Out?" Is there anyway to get into that web page?

You can still connect to a page that came up,"timed out" It just means that the connection was lost. The server droped your request.

One of the servers that gets there seems to be dead for now. I generated this with Tracert.com from DOS. <shrug> It happens, wait it out, it may come back.

O.K. thanks for the help. Two other questions, 1) Why am I forbidden in some web sites and 2) I lost my system standby mode in power options (schemes). How do I get it back?
