Desktop Icon title not showing completely. Using ellipsis ...
I remember years ago in an older version of Windows that I could change the size of Icon spacing (or whatever it is called today in later versions of Windows).
In the examples in this post I have an icon which has a title but unless you highlight the icon with your mouse you get an ellipse at the end of the allowed spacing of the icon title. I have looked for hours and hours on how to change this setting in Windows 10 and I can't find what will do it. I would like the full icon title to show under the icon without the ellipse (cutting off the end part of the title).
This is what it shows if the icon is not highlighted.

This probably happens because your icons are not big enough to hold the title if it's a long worded title.
Btw, your monitor is dirty/dusty.
