    Converting Video Files

Does anyone know of a program or software that will convert either MP4 or AVI to
JPEG. I got this rinky-dink dvd player that has a USB port that only supports JPEG.
    Thanks...............

JPEG's are just still pictures. So if that's all the DVD player supports via USB then all you can load through the USB port would be still pics anyway.

(There are 9000 still pics (frames) in an average 5 minute video )
