Change User folder on refurbished computer

Just got a nice computer on Ebay and under users it has a folder for the user April PC for the main user. I did a complete Windows 10 Refresh and it took about a half hour. It still has this folder as the top user in the tree under Users. Is their anyway to rid this computer of this folder or have it renamed. I don't want it to show up afterwards at all.

Anyhow, have been reading some Google stuff on it and some people said that some of the mentioned fixes did not work.

Did you delete that user from Users?

A clean install would also get rid of it.

I did not delete. It won't let me. I did a reset or refresh and it still is there with this person's documents on it. I thought it would come up and have me put in a new user name.

What error did you get when you tried to delete that user? I assume that you have set up a different (Admin) user and tried the delete from that user account.

Have you tried enabling the Hidden Admin User Account, and deleting the unwanted user account from that account?

I figured out how to take the OS and rewrite it so it is like a fresh install. I got to the point to name the computer like it was new out of the box. So all is well now. Got rid of the old user and all her files.
