Network not connected from "sleep" at times
I have a Dell Inspiron about 2 years old. I have it set to sleep when I close the lid, and at times when I open it and it awakens, the wifi network is not connected. I go to settings and the only way I have found to reconnect is to restart the computer. This may happen twice a month. I think one time when this happened and I went to settings there was a link to connect, but there is nothing there to allow this now. There is a trouble shooter link and it always tells me there must be some cable loose, but restarting the computer connects the wifi network. Is this a defective card? Thanks for your help

You need to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" for the NIC.
