Updating Win 10

Dear All, Greetings
I am returning here after several years away. I cant trust anyone with my technical problems accept the great people here in this forum.

my problem is I cant update my windows 10 despite doing everything in my knowledge to get thru, unfortunately i failed time and time again , always stop at 44% and then the error pop up

Thank you for the links, after applying all recommendations in the links provided, i was still unable to update. thus I've decided to let go..... life will not stop on windows updates....
