Service Host: Windows Push Notifications User Service_6c680 eats memory
Something was eating up 4 GB of memory. I look and saw this Push notifications thing at the top of the list when I sorted by memory usage. I Ended that task and the memory went down to normal and the computer ran normally. When this program is using up this much memory the computer hardly ran. Said that my memory was running at 96%. When I ended it I had no problems with any program at all. So should we keep this program at bay because I saw later in the day that it ran up the memory again.
I had shut off Notifications & Actions in the Win 10 Control Panel to see if this would help it. But still after an hour is when it ran up the memory for the second time. Can hardly do anything on the computer when this happens. This an i3 2.3 Ghz with 4 GB of Ram.
Note: My questions may be to help others
Thanks, JB
