    Steve can you help him?

    I'm not new, but I had to re-register here to get back on. I came from SysOpt site to here.
    I went by Druggas but had to change to get on.

    You have TWO User Profiles on TWO Sites.

    Which ones do you want to work on which sites?

    Did you use the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD on both sites?

    Odds are I'll have to use the email address from the deege account which will kill it.

    Instead of waiting for you to answer the rest of the questions..... It looks like you want to use the Druggas user name at both SysOpt and Virtualdr.

    I used the @yahoo.com email account from the deege account on the Druggas account AND had the system send you a password reset email.
