    I don't use Win10, but just received this in my computer club newsletter:

    Note that there are settings that you can turn off to disable the Timeline and Activity History functions.

    I'm not moving past 7, or maybe 8.1, until MS puts a gun to my head. I used XP safely for 4 years after updates stopped.
