    Bootable Windows 10 Installation USB

    How to create a bootable USB for installing Windows 10? My HP laptop can't boot from hdd and need help on this.

    P.S Windows USB/Download Tool doesn't work in my case

    You'll have to do it on another computer then. You don't have to be running Windows 10 on the computer that is creating the Win10 USB drive.

    be aware of that but can't find a good tool to complete the task

    Windows USB/Download Tool doesn't work in my case
    Why won't the MS tool work? You'd have to use it to at least get the Win10 .iso. There are other tools that can make flash drives bootable, but you still need to get the source Win10 .iso first.

    The iso file can be downloaded from MS,to make a bootable installation USB,you need to get an empty USB and install a burner,and all things need to be done on another computer or Mac,

    Were you creating a DVD disc? You can use something like CDBurnerXP for that.

    It was stuck on burning progress
    Then just download the .iso file first. As jdc2000 mentioned, there are other tools for burning the .iso to disc.

    First,get .iso file from Microsoft then they will teach you how to create a bootable USB for your Windows computer
