Prevent AdChoices popup
I have just started using MS Edge on my Laptop and the popup ADChoices keeps popping up, it does not happen when I use IE 10. How can I stop this popup from showing up.

No I don't. I have ordered uBlock from the MS store and am waiting for an email from them.

You don't have to wait for anything. You can get it here: https://github.com/nikrolls/uBlock-Edge

I have downloaded and extracted uBlock from the above link, but I don't find an .exe file in it. How do I install uBlock.

Went to the above Web Page and tried to follow the instructions. But when I type about:flags in the address bar, under Developer settings, I cab see Use MS Compatbility List and Allow local host loopback, but not see Enable extension developer feature. When I select the menu ... , Extensions does NOT show up. So I am unable to load them.

Enable extension developer feature is there.
I can see it in my Edge as 6th option.

Also here: https://github.com/nikrolls/uBlock-Edge
Scroll down to see "Installation" section.

The only options I see are
new window
new private window zoom
settings
But no option for Extensions
When I got to the link in Page #10 and click on Installation I don't see the option to turn on Enable extension developer
features.
I think my whole OS is messed up. For one "Preparing to install updates 59%" has frozen for the longest time.
Help

I think you should take care of those updates first.
