    videoplayback issues

My Windows 10 with radeon 7700 HD series all reports no issues and up to date .. my dxdiag also shows no issues .. but when I playback a dvd or even Netflicks streamiing the video is choppy and doesn't play right .. and the audio is screeching at times and buzzing as if shorted out ..

My jpgs are solid and all other programs including audio only from Itunes play fine .. its the video I'm concerned about .. but my avenues of investigation are coming up empty ..

    Ideas ?

I have attached the dx files here .. I have the latest win 10 updates see signature for computer hardware .

    thanks

What program(s) are you using to view the videos?

I would use VLC player if you haven't already. It has all the codecs and related files necessary to run nearly all videos and streams without any addons. Have you recently upgraded any media related viewers/utilities?
