You might want to update your previous post. I went to every mirror site, and only Server Ninjas and 100-downloads.com still had the file.

Hmm, I didn't try all of them, but Computer Center/University of Crete, filemirror.hu, and Older Geeks had it. I can't guarantee the mirrors, since it's not my website.
