Resolved [RESOLVED] Amped Wireless High Power Wireless-N 600mW issue accessing

I have Amped Wireless High Power Wireless-N 600mW which i purchased few years ago and had it set up. I am now trying to log back in to it and update the setting as the time I didn't have 5G router. However every time i type in the ip address I see the page for 1 second and then get redirected to http://setup.ampedwireless.com with message saying hmm we are having trouble finding that site(using firefox) didn't make a difference what browser i use, i get same issue. I tried doing wire connection to it and setting static ip on the computer and still will not work. Any suggestion on how to get back in to configuration page?

Have you tried resetting it to factory config?

This instruction manual says to try typing the ip.. 192.168.1.240 into your browser address bar to also get to that setup page.

VirtualDr email notices are not working.

What is the exact model number?

setup.ampedwireless.com should take you to the config page. Other Amped manuals specifically say do NOT use Firefox.

Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Safari or
Internet Explorer (8.0 and up). Do not use Firefox.
If all else fails, do a factory reset and then reconfigure the router.

Looks like your using the SR10000.

Connect your PC directly to the range extender with an ethernet cable and try it. Setting a static ip on the computer isn't necessary.
