    Printing error

    Windows 10, Dell laptop. When I attempt to print a document, even to a PDF printer, this message comes up: Failed Platform Function Set WindowExtEx. This message will not close. Once it closed and I thought the document was printing but only one blank piece of paper came from the printer. I rebooted and it still print would not work. I got frustrated and closed up, then the next morning it worked well. That was a week or so ago and all has been OK until today and it happened again. What is the issue here? How can I repair or fix this? Thanks for our assistance. Print Job error.pdf
