Resolved [RESOLVED] how to turn off a feature windows 10 uses for notifications

when using windows 10 .. on the right side of the screen down by the clock , "slide messages" are consistently 'sliding out' (with sound) with notifications of ie. - New mail,, or Facebook notifications" ,,,

how can this be turned off for one signed in user.,, but not all users ??
