    I understand what you are saying. I ran across this web page & am giving it a try. It pertains to Cortina. I have disabled it & also MS Edge. I am not into screen captures & sure how to go about it with Win 10. I had also checked the startup last week & did not find anything in there.

    There has to be something in Startup somewhere that is causing a browser window to open with Bing. Cortana should not be issue.
