What program have you been using to view PDF's? Do you get an error message when they won't open?

In the meantime there are other ways to see them.. Drag and drop to Chrome browser, Firefox, IEX.

    Or read them online...

VirtualDr email notices are not working.
    Check back regularly for responses.

If you have Windows 10, Edge is usually set to be the main .pdf file opening program, and if the .pdf files in question are from the Internet, then you are probably also using Edge. Unfortunately, Edge is junk.

To fix the problem, make sure that you have a .pdf file viewing program that is reliable installed. You could use Adobe Reader DC, but that is set by default to send any .pdf file you have to Adobe, which you may not want. Foxit reader is free.

Once you have a .pdf reader installed, for the Internet .pdf files, right-click on the file and select Save As (or otherwise download the .pdf file) and save the file to your computer. Then you can open the .pdf reader program and open the .pdf file.
