Outlook email 2016 will not start - unless rebooted

Office 2016 (new purchased ) .. two users , One user ( me) no issues .. second user Outlook will not start on a second reopen .

In other words it works the first time but if closed and then reopened it fails !

have used the run box- outlook /safe mode then in options area / have removed the check marks .. will not restart
have to manually shut down restart that gets me back into Outlook .. but if I close and try and reopen get the can't open dialog box ..

reboot again back into Outlook .. looking for a fix ....

What does this mean-> One user ( me) no issues

If you are in your profile and close Outlook....and then reopen in your profile does it work?

When it won't open - look in Task Manager to see if Outlook is still running.
If you're happy and you know it......it's your meds.

It sounds like he has 2 windows user profile. When one user switches to another user, outlook will not work on the second user unless computer is restarted.
