Chrome keeps reverting
I use Chrome with only one website for work. I was on this board a few weeks ago, fearing that if I upgraded from v. 63 to v.67, I would lose my profile, which includes many Tampermonkey scripts. I completely uninstalled Chrome, except for the profile, and all went well.
Current problem: Since then it has reverted back to 63 twice by itself. I know it's happened again when it tells me my profile is for a later version. If this is a weird problem, I'll join the Chrome forum at Goo.

Possibly useful links:

It may have something to do with something in your profile that is making it think you should have a previous version. You might have to ask Google about it, although I wouldn't count on a useful answer from them.

Thanks, but both links involve making a new Chrome profile, which I won't do because of all my script settings. I'll meander around their forum for a while. I'm so disgusted with Win 7 that I wish I could go back to XP. It's been a constant uphill battle since switching.
I'll stay with v. 63 until I can't.

That Chrome issue has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows 7, it is entirely a Chrome problem.
