Trouble installing .net framework

The installation of .net framework 4.7.2 seems to be stuck but there's no error message. Only about one millimeter of the status bar is complete and it hasn't moved in half an hour.

For now, I'll retry but if anyone has any ideas, let me know.

You could try removing .NET first, then doing a clean install.

Try using the offline installer also.
